ERP System provides cloud-based platforms and software solutions designed to:

• Streamline audit lifecycle processes

• Deliver actionable business intelligence
• Enhance financial workflow efficiency

Our services include but are not limited to Compliance Inbox, Audit Flow Inbox, Financial Statement Inbox, and Analytics Inbox platforms.

• Maintain account security

9. Limitation of Liability

ERP System is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate anytime. Upon termination:

• Access ends immediately
• Data may be deleted after a period
• Outstanding fees remain payable
• Certain clauses survive termination

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration.
